Green Smoothie.
I recently visited my parents for a weekend, and one of the things I enjoy the most are my mom’s green smoothies. You could use the very same ingredients no matter what it is, and the way mom makes it always tastes better.
Every morning we’d make 2 different combos and compare. Here’s two of my favorites. We used all fresh, organic ingredients. Enjoy!!
Fresh Green Coconut
- Spinach/Kale
- 1/2 chopped banana
- Sliced strawberries
- Kiwi
- Coconut Water
- 1 scoop raw almond butter
- Hemp protein powder
- Ice
Banana Almond Flax
- 1 whole Banana
- Frozen blueberries
- Spinach
- Almond butter
- Almond milk
- Ground flax seeds
