COCONUT OIL.  Pretty much the best stuff on earth, and there are not many things its not good for.  Coconut oil is insanely good for the immune system.  It’s anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, and great for the (ready for this?) the digestive system, the liver, the kidneys, stress relief, cancer-fighting, weight loss, hormone balancing, skin elasticity, wrinkle fighting..ok i’ll stop here.  But here are 52 ways to use coconut oil to gain all of its incredible benefits c/o http://www.deliciousobsessions.com/.

  1. Eat a spoonful when you need an energy boost.
  2. Use it as the base for a homemade body scrub.
  3. Use to condition your wooden cutting boards.
  4. Use as a super conditioner on your hair (apply to dry hair, leave in as long as possible and then shampoo as normal).
